EcoViva does not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making.

• Fillout for embedded project-request, appointment and partner forms.
• Google Workspace for email, calendar and business communications.
• Holded for customer relationship management, administration and project follow-up.
• Make for workflow automation and the transfer of information between business systems used by EcoViva.
• Telephony and other business-service providers where necessary for direct communications and project coordination.

Service providers process personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant services and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where this constitutes an international transfer subject to data-protection law, EcoViva relies on an applicable legal transfer mechanism or safeguard required by law.

Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, project or business relationship and, afterwards, for the period required to comply with applicable legal obligations or deal with possible claims.

EcoViva uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
