EcoViva Solar combines our roof and renovation expertise with TLS Balear’s specialist knowledge of photovoltaic systems. Together with TLS Balear, we coordinate mounting, electrical integration and commissioning for an installation that suits your property.

Bauer glass-glass panels
465 Wp modules form the basis of our example packages. Bauer publishes a 30-year product and performance warranty, subject to the applicable model and conditions.
Solis inverter & monitoring
The inverter is matched to the supply and panel layout. Monitoring is specified with the appropriate communication equipment and internet connection.
Marstek energy storage
An optional AC-coupled storage route. Storage capacity, usable power and backup arrangements are specified for the selected model.

Individual proposalDiscuss your solar installationThe €6,000 and €7,500 figures are planning estimates for an accessible standard roof, based on a scope covering equipment, standard mounting, transport, electrical materials, installation, connection, commissioning and agreed registration. It is subject to confirmation of transport and the specialist service. Battery storage, roof repairs, exceptional access, structural works and ground foundations are assessed separately. The quotation confirms inclusions and the total price including applicable VAT.

The right installation depends on when you use electricity, how you use the property and what the roof can accommodate. We review electricity bills, orientation, shade, roof condition and the existing electrical supply before defining the proposal.
A home used all year
Air conditioning, pool equipment and daytime consumption help determine the useful system size.
A second home
Periods of occupation matter. The proposal should reflect actual use across the year.
A sound roof first
Supports, penetrations and waterproofing are assessed together. Roof repairs can be coordinated before panels are installed.
Storage when it makes sense
We compare using electricity directly with storing a portion for later. A battery is selected around your consumption.

We discuss sizing, equipment and options with you in our Palma studio before the final quotation.

EcoViva organises the mounting team, deliveries and roof interfaces.
5. Connection & commissioning
The appointed electrical specialist completes the agreed checks, connection and administrative steps.
6. Handover
You receive the agreed documentation, monitoring setup and explanation of your system.
Solar panels in Mallorca: your questions
Do I need a battery?
Not necessarily. We assess when you consume electricity and whether the additional storage investment is useful for your situation.
Can you install solar without a full renovation?
Yes. EcoViva Solar is a standalone service. Where roof work is needed, we can coordinate both scopes.
Will it work during a power cut?
Backup is a separate design choice. A battery does not automatically power the whole house during an outage; the model, connection and protected circuits must be specified.
How much could I save?
We estimate production using location, orientation and roof data, then compare it with consumption and electricity tariffs. Ask for a personal savings estimate with your proposal.
What paperwork is covered?
The proposal defines municipal steps, electrical documentation, registration and any surplus-compensation arrangements. Scope and timing are confirmed with the appointed specialist.
