SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The universal ventilated façade combines PIR insulation, a supporting substructure, a drained cavity and durable cladding. It protects the wall while allowing broad material choice.

KEY TECHNICAL PRINCIPLES

Install PIR continuously outside the wall to limit thermal bridging.

VENTILATED CAVITY

Maintain a continuous cavity for upward airflow and safe drainage.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC SUBSTRUCTURE

Select material, spacing and anchors for the cladding, wind and substrate.

CONTROLLED OPENINGS

Protect base and top openings while maintaining sufficient free area.

MATERIAL-SPECIFIC FIXING

Coordinate fixings, joints and support spacing with the selected system.

FIRE AND WIND VERIFICATION
